Worley Field Services is hiring an Estimating Lead – Fabrication to lead a small estimating department in Grimsby on a permanent basis. The role prepares competitive and accurate estimates for structural steelwork and pipework fabrication projects, assigns and prioritizes bid packages, mentors estimating staff, reviews tender documentation, develops cost calculations and indirect estimates, coordinates subcontractor RFQs, and supports bid adjudication and handover to delivery teams. The position requires experience leading estimating personnel, strong commercial and fabrication knowledge, the ability to interpret isometrics and drawings, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
