LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is hiring an Estimating Manager in New York City, New York. The role develops and maintains construction cost estimates for healthcare-focused projects, supports project teams with updated cost information, monitors budgets and cost control, leads and trains estimating personnel, and oversees business development, procurement, proposals, and client relationships. The position requires a BS in Construction Management or a related field, at least 10 years of healthcare construction experience, and proficiency with estimating software and CMiC is preferred. The salary is $190,000-$240,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
