The client is hiring a permanent estimating professional to build and lead a new estimating department for construction projects in Berlin and Brandenburg. The role covers cost estimating, tender and contract preparation, subcontractor evaluation, quantity measurement, bills of quantities, alternative offers, stakeholder presentations, negotiations, RIB iTWO data management, and work preparation. Candidates need a relevant construction, architecture, or industrial engineering qualification, RIB iTWO proficiency, fluent German at C1 level, and strong cost awareness; construction estimating experience is desirable, while project-management experience with estimating knowledge is an alternative qualification path.
