Description
The Estimating Manager will lead a team of estimators and develop complete cost proposals for new business opportunities, including small and large projects and Industrials contracts. The role manages estimator performance, supports automated estimating systems, prepares and reviews pursuit proposals, coordinates vendor quotes, analyzes historical cost data, and reviews contract documents. It requires 5–14 years of leadership experience in Project Controls or Cost/Estimating, strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel and Crystal Ball experience, and working knowledge of construction estimating software. The position is based in an office environment and may require occasional travel.
