The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the estimating workflow, ensuring adherence to company standards, and driving continuous improvement in estimating practices. Key duties include managing workload, forecasting staffing, educating team members on client strategies, negotiating deals, ensuring accurate project information transfer, and mentoring staff. The role also involves monitoring budgets, evaluating subcontractor proposals, assisting with GC/Fee proposals, and developing client and industry relationships. A strong emphasis is placed on fostering positive subcontractor relations and contributing to the overall success of projects.
