Description
The Estimating Manager leads the bid process for commercial construction projects, including bid and GMP assembly, detailed estimating, scope writing, constructability reviews, value engineering, trade and supplier coordination, document distribution, and client and design-team presentations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus at least five years of commercial construction estimating experience. The position offers a base salary of $105,000 to $135,000 and employer-paid health care, life insurance, disability benefits, HSA contributions, and other benefits.
