Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory is hiring an Estimating Specialist for its Project Management Office to support multidisciplinary construction projects through planning, design, estimating, and material specification. The role performs cost estimating, technical analysis, takeoffs, escalation and contingency modeling, risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, field assessments, and reconciliation of estimates with actuals and bid costs. It is a hybrid career-indefinite position requiring a DOE Q-level security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience; the TSS.4 level includes technical leadership and mentoring responsibilities. The annual pay range is $154,950–$235,692, with a TSS.3 range of $154,950–$196,476 and a TSS.4 range of $185,850–$235,692.
