Description

The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Estimating Specialist will join a growing business in the United States as a full-time employee. The role involves performing fundamental tasks for estimating, project management, and field construction teams, including preparing take-offs from plans, creating shop drawings, screening bids, and maintaining project records. The specialist will also develop knowledge of waterproofing, air barrier, and fireproofing products and installation techniques, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate cost forecasting.

Additional Information

Familiarity with building/estimating techniques and software platforms, such as ISqFt, Building Connected, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid, Bluebeam/PDF, PlanGrid, Procore, etc.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
