Startec is recruiting an Estimation Lead for its Calgary Glenmore Office to develop, maintain, and improve labour and material estimating tools for fabrication and packaging projects. The role supports project costing, production planning, bid preparation, estimating accuracy, data analysis, cross-functional coordination, and estimating software or process improvements. It is a full-time or contract opportunity requiring 5–10+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and familiarity with fabrication processes and estimating tools.
