Description
The Estimator develops accurate cost estimates for capital projects across oil and gas, power generation, and data center portfolios. The role prepares conceptual through definitive estimates, performs quantity take-offs and cost buildups, estimates major equipment, develops pricing benchmarks, analyzes contingencies and escalations, supports bid evaluation and contract negotiation, reconciles estimates to project controls budgets, and maintains cost databases and lessons-learned records. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least seven years of capital-project estimating experience, strong estimating and Excel skills, familiarity with AACE estimate classes and Oracle Unifier, and experience with combined-cycle power, gas processing or midstream, and hyperscale data center facilities.
