Description
Cortland is hiring an Estimator to support the pre-construction process for multifamily construction projects, producing detailed cost estimates, performing site assessments and quantity takeoffs, interpreting architectural and MEP drawings, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and helping manage bids, contracts, schedules, submittals, and project cost databases. The role requires construction estimating experience, strong knowledge of construction documents and building systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with experience in digital takeoff and BIM tools preferred.
