Bantrel is hiring a full-time permanent Estimator in Calgary, Alberta to support capital cost estimates for engineering, procurement, and construction services across energy, mining, infrastructure, nuclear, and industrial projects. The role includes quantity takeoffs, unit-rate and cost-input development, pricing validation, estimate documentation, escalation and cash-flow analysis, risk assessment, benchmarking, and collaboration with engineering, procurement, construction, vendor, and project teams. Candidates need a relevant engineering or construction-related degree or equivalent education and experience, along with knowledge of estimating methodologies, technical-document interpretation, Excel, estimating software, and cost-management tools.
