Estimator & Project Administrator at Hunt St

Hunt St is recruiting Philippines-based candidates for a fully remote Estimator & Project Administrator role supporting an Australian commercial painting and construction business. The independent contractor will learn Groundplan and PaintProjex, perform digital quantity take-offs from architectural and construction drawings, assist with quotations, maintain project documentation, coordinate scheduling and workflows, track progress, and improve internal systems and processes. The role requires construction administration or estimating experience, drawing interpretation, strong Excel and communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with a remote team. Compensation is AUD 1,500–2,000 per month, with work aligned approximately to Australian business hours Monday through Friday.
