Description
The employer is hiring a Cost Estimator to prepare and budget complex industrial construction projects, including analyzing price requests and plans, comparing subcontractor and supplier quotations, calculating material, labor, and equipment costs, preparing detailed sales quotations, handing over awarded projects, and maintaining cost databases. The role is based at the company’s fixed location in Balen, requires a construction degree or equivalent experience, Dutch proficiency, knowledge of Design & Build and the Office suite, and strong Excel skills; French and English are advantageous, while KPD/Bouwoffice experience is an asset. The position offers a permanent contract, flexible working from 01/07/2026 with a minimum of two days per week, and additional benefits.
