Description
The Estimator will analyze construction plans, specifications, and quantity takeoffs; calculate materials, quantities, and costs; obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations; prepare estimates and quotations; gather technical information; and coordinate with colleagues on project feasibility. The role requires a construction-related background, the ability to read construction plans, analytical and numerical skills, independent work, and computer proficiency. No prior experience is required, but construction-related experience is advantageous.
