Description
The company is hiring a Construction Costing Specialist to prepare and calculate incoming price requests and tenders, prepare bills of quantities, conduct occasional site visits, follow up on quotations, hand over project files, and maintain contacts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and architects. The role requires a construction industrial engineering degree or approximately three years of experience, fluency in Dutch, French, and English, a category B driving licence, numerical accuracy, and proficiency with Excel. It is a full-time position with a permanent option after a successful interim period, negotiable salary, insurance upon permanent employment, and other benefits.
