Description
The Estimator will analyze construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings; prepare price calculations and quotations; calculate material quantities; obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor prices; determine production time and working hours; and calculate project cost and selling prices. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a construction-related field, preferably prior experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, independent work ability, and fluent Dutch.
