Description
The Estimator prepares quotations and price estimates, requests supplier and subcontractor prices, performs calculations, tracks measurement and progress statements, and organizes material and machinery transport. The role also monitors construction-site progress from estimating through execution and collaborates with the site manager or business owner on post-calculation and financial results. A higher-level construction-related technical diploma or equivalent experience is required, while industrial construction, foundation, earthworks, or demolition experience is advantageous; Dutch, French, and English communication skills are also requested.
