Description
The role prepares accurate price estimates, analyzes specifications and bills of quantities, calculates costs, obtains and reviews subcontractor and supplier quotations, supports contract negotiations, coordinates information with project management and procurement, contributes to an estimates knowledge database, and reports to the Director of Tendering. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering and at least three years of estimator experience, with a central base in Ghent for projects across East and West Flanders, Antwerp, and Brussels.
