Description
The CP200 Estimator will estimate costs for new construction projects by analyzing plans, specifications, and client requirements; prepare quotations; coordinate with engineering, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, project managers, and drafters; and report on project progress and strategies. The role requires a bachelor's degree in construction, strong mathematical and engineering knowledge, accurate work, communication skills, and fluency in Dutch with French knowledge. The proposed salary is €50,000–€60,000 per year, with performance bonuses, paid leave, and comprehensive health insurance.
