Description
The Project Estimator will prepare detailed, market-aligned cost estimates for B2B roofing projects, calculate materials, working hours, and site logistics, analyze plans and specifications, coordinate with sales and operational teams, and mentor junior colleagues. The role is based at the head office in Genk and requires a construction degree or equivalent experience, a solid construction-estimating background, bilingual Dutch and French proficiency, and strong software skills.
