Description
The Estimator will analyze construction plans, specifications, and bills of quantities; calculate material prices and working hours; prepare quotations; and ensure accurate cost and time estimates. The role requires an affinity with the construction sector, preferably experience in estimating or technical calculations, along with accuracy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies. Compensation is €3,000–€4,000 gross per month depending on experience, with meal vouchers, eco vouchers, a bicycle allowance, a laptop, flexible hours, vacation, training, and a permanent contract after onboarding.
