Description
The Estimator prepares accurate cost estimates and formal quotations for specialty packaging and printed carton projects at a facility in Sturgis, Michigan. The role evaluates customer specifications, materials, labor, tooling, production methods, finishing requirements, and outside-service costs; analyzes prepress, printing, die-cutting, gluing, and finishing workflows; and collaborates with sales, customer service, prepress, production, and purchasing teams. The position also maintains estimate documentation, evaluates quote revisions, and supports continuous improvement by comparing estimated versus actual production costs.
