The Technical Commercial Estimator analyzes technical plans, specifications, and detailed drawings; prepares quotations for aluminum joinery, façade structures, and custom projects; discusses options with customers; evaluates technical feasibility and commercial attractiveness; monitors estimate timing, profitability, and margins; and prepares project files for handover to project management. The role bridges customer, sales, and project management and follows projects from inquiry through completion.
