Description
ATMI Precast is hiring an Estimator to analyze architectural and structural drawings, prepare detailed time, cost, and labor estimates, and develop accurate bids and proposals for precast concrete construction projects. The role collaborates with sales, engineering, project management, general contractors, architects, and design professionals; maintains estimating records; presents budgets and cost summaries; and may visit job sites. The position is primarily office-based with occasional site visits and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of construction experience, strong estimating and drawing-reading skills, and familiarity with estimating and 3D modeling software.
