BBF Generalbau is hiring an Estimator to independently prepare cost estimates, tender documents, quantities, bills of quantities, and subcontractor bids for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. The role also builds the estimating department, supports RIB iTWO data maintenance, and may lead negotiations and project presentations. Candidates need a relevant degree or qualification, several years of estimating or construction-site experience, German B2 fluency, and knowledge of construction estimating tools and regulations; the position is based in Berlin and offers permanent employment, a company car, flexible working hours, and training opportunities.
