Description
The Estimator at Gerber Collision & Glass assesses vehicle damage, documents repairs and parts, coordinates repair needs, communicates with customers and insurance companies, and supports the repair facility’s KPIs. The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, at least one year of DRP compliance experience, willingness to complete I-CAR training, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is $46,800 to $80,000+ per year based on experience, with medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance effective day one.
