Description
Brodson Construction is hiring an Estimator to prepare cost estimates and proposals for commercial construction projects. The role analyzes drawings and specifications, performs quantity take-offs, coordinates subcontractor and vendor bids, calculates material, labor, production, shipping, and other costs, and presents final estimates. The position requires at least three years of estimating experience, commercial or general contractor experience, and experience bidding on projects of $2 million or more.
