Description
Catamount Constructors is hiring an Estimator to prepare accurate construction bids by analyzing time, materials, labor, and cost data; reviewing subcontractor proposals and quantity surveys; using the company’s bid system; and handing off projects to Project Managers. The role requires hard bid estimating, strong organization and communication skills, a bachelor’s degree, and preferably 2+ years of related commercial general contractor experience. Compensation includes competitive base pay plus merit, project, referral, and business development incentives, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
