The role involves reviewing scopes, reading building plans, performing labor and material takeoffs, comparing estimates to actuals, pricing jobs using computer cost files, and entering data into the Comsense system. Candidates need 3–5 years of related construction or building-materials experience, accurate mathematical skills, blueprint and specification knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication abilities.
