Description
The Estimator will independently estimate manufacturing and project costs for challenging façade and metal construction projects, prepare and review tender cost estimates, evaluate technical and commercial aspects, clarify requirements, prepare offers, support contract negotiations, and assess change orders and variations. The role requires a civil engineering, business/economics, or comparable degree, several years of professional estimating experience, knowledge of construction estimating and tender estimating, familiarity with LogiKal or comparable software, and knowledge of VOB/B and VOB/C. The position is available in Glauchau or Borna.
