Description
The Estimator prepares price estimates and budgets, reviews tender documents and subcontractor requirements, develops preliminary construction schedules, checks specifications, and leads pricing submissions for industrial-market tenders. The role also supports post-tender clarifications, negotiations, project kick-off knowledge transfer, and business development. Candidates need an engineering background or relevant technical education, 5–10 years of dedicated construction estimating experience, and strong construction-document interpretation, planning, and Microsoft Office skills.
