Description
The Estimator assesses vehicle damage, documents repairs and parts, creates estimates, coordinates repair needs, and communicates with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, compliance with DRP requirements, at least one year of experience, willingness to complete I-CAR training, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is $75,000 or more annually depending on closed sales per week, with medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance effective day one.
