Griffith Company is hiring experienced estimators for its Alternative Delivery team to develop accurate and timely estimates for private and public works projects, including CMGC and Progressive Design Build projects. The role covers proposal review, bid preparation, takeoffs, subcontract and purchase-order coordination, contract and cost monitoring, owner relations, and mentoring junior estimators and interns. Candidates need at least three years of heavy civil estimating experience, proficiency with specified estimating and project-management software, and a valid driver’s license. The annual salary range is $80,000 to $150,000, with relocation assistance available for candidates outside the local area.
