Description
Hall Constructors is seeking a dedicated and passionate Estimator to join their team. The Estimator will report to the Chief Estimator and be responsible for preparing and submitting estimates, bidding on various types of construction work, and handing over successful bids to the project team. This role involves extensive collaboration with the estimating team, Chief Estimator, VP of Estimating, Project Coordinators, and operations staff. The Estimator will manage all aspects of estimating, including reviewing bid documents, measuring quantities, developing first principal estimates, procuring quotes from vendors and subcontractors, and preparing proposals. The company specializes in large-scale excavation, civil infrastructure, highway and bridge construction, underground utilities, and site development projects.
