Description
HB Construction is hiring a full-time Estimator to analyze construction drawings and specifications, develop accurate pricing, evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals, identify project risks and value-engineering opportunities, and collaborate with project managers, business development, marketing, and operations. The role requires strong commercial construction knowledge, experience with negotiated, CMAR, design-build, and hard-bid projects, and the ability to interpret construction documents; 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience and a relevant bachelor's degree are preferred.
