Description
The Estimator is responsible for managing fire protection project estimates during the procurement phase of construction projects. This involves collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, participating in work acquisition and preconstruction, and ensuring accurate and timely estimates for the bidding process. Key duties include document management, attending meetings, developing estimating protocols, processing quotations, preparing bid documents, and participating in sales and project handover activities.
