Holt Construction is hiring a full-time, mid-level Estimator to prepare conceptual budgets, perform trade take-offs, manage subcontractor prequalification and bid processes, review bids, assess project risks, and coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, vendors, and field teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, 4–7 years of commercial construction estimating experience, aviation estimating knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
