Description
OJ Insulation is seeking a Construction Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. The role analyzes blueprints and project documentation, collaborates with clients, vendors, engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors, tracks actual bid costs, presents estimates to management, and maintains supplier and contractor directories. The position is primarily office-based with occasional site visits and requires construction estimating experience, strong mathematical and analytical skills, communication ability, familiarity with construction management software, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
