Description
The Estimator supports the Project Management Team by evaluating and prioritizing industrial construction opportunities, developing detailed cost estimates, and coordinating with internal engineering and project teams and external manufacturers, suppliers, and customers. Responsibilities include quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, vendor quotation evaluation, labor productivity calculations, risk and contingency analysis, and bid review presentations. The role requires a high school diploma, 2–5 years of estimating, project management, or field experience, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and a valid unrestricted driver's license, with 10% travel required or as needed.
