JCQ Services is hiring a full-time, in-person Estimator to develop accurate estimates for commercial construction and renovation projects. The role covers bid review, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, subcontractor bidding, scope review, bid documentation, proposal support, and the use of AI, automation, and data-driven tools. Candidates need at least five years of construction estimating or preconstruction experience, proficiency with Procore, Excel, and scheduling software, and the ability to work with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams. The position offers $80,000–$95,000, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off.
