Description
The Estimator prepares complete and accurate construction project estimates, qualifies subcontractor scope and pricing, manages subcontractor and supplier relationships, uses estimating software, coordinates with senior estimators, and meets project deadlines. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of construction estimating or related experience, knowledge of multiple trades, subcontractor bid qualification experience, estimating software proficiency, and strong communication skills. The position offers a salary of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, along with health, retirement, paid time off, paid holidays, life insurance, training, and uniforms.
