Description
The Estimator provides customer-focused vehicle-damage estimates, coordinates repairs, communicates with customers and insurance companies, documents damage and parts needs, and supports repair-facility KPIs. The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, at least one year of DRP experience, willingness to complete I-CAR training, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is estimated at $49,000–$70,000 per year, with commissions based on location, revenue metrics, sales, and individual performance, plus possible bonus opportunities.
