LDI Mechanical is hiring an Estimating Department Lead to prepare HVAC estimates and proposals, manage vendor quotes and project timelines, coordinate client communications, support submittals and contract reviews, and create project budgets. The role requires five years of HVAC estimating or comparable new-construction experience, blueprint-reading ability, strong organization and communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and project-management platforms. The position offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits, with compensation of $26.00 to $40.00 per hour.
