Description
The client is hiring an experienced Estimator to prepare cost estimates and proposals for construction projects on existing buildings. The role covers quantity takeoffs, bills of quantities, cost analysis, tender evaluation, subcontractor bid review, risk assessment, and commercial and technical project evaluation during tender and pre-construction phases. The Estimator will collaborate with project management, procurement, site supervision, subcontractors, and clients, and will help develop estimating standards and pricing approaches.
