Description
Miranda Construction is hiring a full-time Estimator to oversee estimating from initial bid review through final proposal submission. The role reviews RFPs, drawings, specifications, and bid instructions; prepares accurate estimates, scope letters, Gantt schedules, and client-facing materials; and collaborates with project managers, subcontractors, designers, and clients. The position reports to the Lead Estimator and Director of Pre-Construction, works in an office environment with regular field interaction, and offers salary, bonus, health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and paid holidays.
