Description
The Steel Estimator supports PDM’s steel sales and bid process by preparing job files, reviewing bids, developing concepts, prices, schedules, and scopes, performing steel estimating and take-offs, preparing proposals, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, supporting long-range schedules and small projects, updating change orders, and leading project hand-offs. The role requires blueprint reading, computer proficiency, an associate degree or better, and two years of construction estimating experience.
