Description
The Estimator supports preconstruction cost modeling, bid preparation, and project planning by preparing construction cost estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, sourcing vendor and subcontractor pricing, reviewing construction documents, developing bid packages, identifying risks, and coordinating proposals. The role is full-time and in-person in Houston, Texas, with openings across multiple offices in Louisiana, Houston, and Dallas. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience, plus at least two years of construction estimating or related experience.
