SCG Fields, LLC is hiring a full-time Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates for athletic facility construction projects. The role analyzes drawings, specifications, geotechnical reports, and other project documentation; performs quantity takeoffs; builds estimates in HCSS HeavyBid; manages subcontractor and supplier bids; evaluates risks and cost drivers; and collaborates with project managers, engineers, clients, and field teams. The Estimator also mentors junior estimators and contributes to estimating-function improvement.
