Description
The Estimator creates vehicle-repair estimates, assesses vehicle damage, documents needed repairs and parts, coordinates repair needs, and communicates with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The role also supports customer service, insurance compliance, repair planning, team coordination, and required training and meetings. A high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, DRP compliance experience, willingness to complete I-CAR training, and a valid driver’s license are required.
